The Trumpf TruMark Station 3000 laser marker was manufactured in 2016 by the renowned Trumpf company. The machine allows for very fast and precise marking of objects, thanks to the high laser pulse frequency of up to 1000 kHz. The TruMark Station 5000 is characterized by a high X, Y axis feed speed of 300 mm and a Z axis of 500 mm, which significantly shortens the break between two marking cycles. The station processes objects with dimensions (W x H x D)
680 mm x 500 mm x 700 mm and a maximum weight of 50 kg (without X/Y axis) or 25 kg (with X/Y axis). The marker allows for the creation of inscriptions with a maximum field size of 290 mm x 290 mm, with a focal length of 420 mm. Technical data of the TruMark Station 5000 laser marking system:
